			<description><![CDATA[When I first started developing web pages I had to use notepad and enter HMTL (Hyper Text Markup Language) by hand. I had to know the syntax of the language which wasn't easy. All that has changed now and it is easier than ever to build web pages. In fact, it is so easy that I don't even have to know any HTML at all. I can build web pages right in my browser using Drag and Drop objects that allow me to chose graphics and colors using my mouse.]]></description>
